You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.
For all heavy goods marked with a 'van' symbol, or orders with a total
weight over 40kgs there is a standard palletised delivery charge of £50.00. Heavy goods, or orders with a total weight less than 40kgs (half pallet) is £35. All small items and Soft Furnishings will be sent via courier and charged at £10
A. Standard Postage & Packing
1. Up to 2 kgs to England, Wales & Southern Mainland Scotland please add
£4.95 to your order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
2. Up to 2kgs Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands
and Isles of Scilly, please add an extra £15.00 to the £4.95 p&p. Please
allow 21 days for delivery.

B. Heavy Goods
1. Orders over 20Kgs please add £35 for delivery. Please allow 28 days for
delivery, except to remote areas such as Northern areas of Scotland which
may take up to 40 days. You will be notified by our carriers as to their
scheduled delivery date - please note that our carriers do not deliver at
weekends or make timed deliveries.
We are sorry but items marked with the 'flat packed' symbol cannot be
assembled by the carriers. All such items,however,come with full
instructions and are easy to assemble. If you decide that the item is not
suitable, it can be taken away at point of delivery,free of charge. Please
note that if you subsequently decide to return it, it may take up to 28 days
for collection,(45 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £50 will be
made.

5. Please note that as we despatch from two separate warehouses, some
orders of more than one item may arrive at different times.
