Delivery & Returns

At Black Orchid Interiors we understand the importance of quality of service, especially when delivering your luxury furniture item.

We have carefully analysed the service level required for many of our busy clients both inner city and rural. Our dedicated logistics team have implemented the following delivery options for our customers:


£49 for Bulk Furniture Items

This is a dedicated day Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm.  A customer service representative from Black Orchid Interiors will call and e-mail each customer one week prior to delivery to discuss the best day for the delivery based on when the Black Orchid  Interiors van is in the area.  Customers can plan their week acccordingly.  A Black Orchid Interiors driver will also call ahead on the day of delivery.


£60 for 2 Man Platinum Service Delivery Upgrade

Do you live in a busy city such as central London? Are you in an apartment that is difficult to access? Do you live alone and need help, especially if your furniture item is heavy? If so, choose our 'White Glove' Two Man Platinum Delivery service.  The delivery is scheduled in the same way as our £49 Bulk Furniture Standard Delivery, with the additional benefits of packaging removed on site and goods positioned in the home.  Customers are allocated a 15 minute time slot for this service.

Our drivers will ensure a quality delivery service and you won't have to lift a thing!

Platinum service covers approximately 80% of the UK Mainland, to ensure if you are eligible for platinum service please contact 078 6787 4901.


Returns & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, simply call Black Orchid Interiors’ dedicated customer returns line on 078 6787 4901and book the collection.  You must call us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to qualify for your return.  We can have your item collected free of charge and we will refund within 28 days of receiving the goods in good condition.  We cannot, however, refund the initial postage charge on your order, but the full cost of the item will be refunded.  To qualify for a refund, you must return the item in its original packaging and request the return within 7 days of receiving your delivery.  Please see our full terms and conditions for further information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

From time to time, Black Orchid Interiors will run promotions and special offers and as a valued customer, you will be informed of these either by e-mail or post. Your personal details such as name, address and e-mail address will be used. This is for Black Orchid promotions only.
